Pricing questions
When do I pay?
Opening an account and building a test auction is free. The fee applies when you run a live event, and it's based on what your auction raises.
What counts toward the 5.5%?
Sales of silent auction items and items with several winners. Donations and live auction items are charged at 1.5%. The total is never less than $220 or more than $2,500 for an event.
Are there other costs?
Card processing fees and applicable taxes are separate. There's no charge for setup, training, support, upgrades or text messages.
Is there a contract?
No. There's no contract and no annual or monthly fee. Use MobilBid for one event or for every event.
